Our goal is to provide logistics companies with a single platform for managing the full delivery cycle: from route planning and performance control to KPI analysis and automated payroll. With deep integration of Amazon data, all key metrics are collected and visualized in real time, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual reports. This speeds up decision-making, increases process transparency, and optimizes work for both drivers and dispatchers.

Dashboard

The main dashboard displays key metrics: today's data, monthly totals, and overall performance. Interactive charts allow you to quickly analyze your company's progress and efficiency.

Shift Start & Tour Assignment

On the "Shift Start" page, you see a complete summary for tours: completed yesterday and scheduled for today. For each driver, you can view their assigned tour, number of stops, and the probability that they will need assistance. An overall support probability is calculated for resource optimization.

Company-wide Logistics Stats & Driver Rankings

This section aggregates key metrics for the company and each driver using Amazon data. It also calculates a custom "Rank" score showing driver efficiency. Information is gathered from several Amazon reports into a single dashboard, simplifying the analysis of performance and bottlenecks. Weekly filters are available for quick comparisons.

Detailed Tour Stats for Today

On the "Today's Tour Stats" dashboard, you can see for each route:
Driver / Vehicle / Service type
Tour status (Active / Behind / Ahead / Completed)
Completed / Total stops
Total parcels
Scheduled Amazon time (and paid interval)
Additional stats on returns and other KPIs allow for fast delivery performance monitoring.

Concession Statistics

On the "Concession Stats" page, you can:
- See how many concessions (lost/damaged parcels) each driver had
- View concession details: parcel ID, delivery date, address
- See all concessions for a period on the interactive map at the bottom

Return Statistics

On the "Return Stats" page, you can:
- Track which drivers returned parcels and how many on a given day
- View return details
- Use filters to assess delivery service quality and identify problem routes.

Shift Scheduling

On the "Schedules" page, you can:
- Create the next day's schedule by easily pairing drivers and vehicles
- Send the schedule to the work chat in one click (by driver, by car)
- Store and review the history of all schedules for analysis and reuse.

Driver Management & Availability

On the "Drivers List" page, you can:
- View all drivers with working days and efficiency rank
- Check tomorrow's status (working, day off, vacation, sick leave)
- Give days off, schedule vacation/sick leave
- Delete or edit driver profiles.

Fleet Management

On the "Fleet List" page, you can:
- View all vehicles with make, model, license plate
- See if a car is active or under repair
- Statuses update automatically.

Driver Overview in eMentor

eMentor is an Amazon app that used to make it difficult to track drivers and trip quality. This page collects all key info per driver: personal data, trip stats, and efficiency. You can send a "Remind to enable" notification directly to drivers.

Automated Payroll

On the "Payroll" page, you can:
- Set pay parameters: base rate, overtime, concession penalties, bonuses
- Upload a timesheet (Excel) for automated calculations
- Get final salary and bonuses for each driver automatically
- Filter by month and driver
- Save final reports as Excel for accounting.

Company Owner's Dashboard

The owner's dashboard brings together all key logistics metrics in a single table: number of tours, cancelled routes, returns, and more. Another table shows each driver's work history. All data is collected and updated automatically, saving time and resources.

CRM Access Settings & Integration

On the "CRM Settings" page, you can:
- Manage users: add/remove dispatcher or admin accounts
- Edit access rights: assign roles
- Integrate Amazon data: enter and check cookies for sync
- Control integration status
All changes are made in one interface for easy administration.
