On the "Mentor Score" page, drivers enter their personal Score from eMentor. This helps track progress and identify improvement areas.
Feedback via Bot
On the "Ask a Question" page, drivers can:
- Ask questions directly from the app
- Send a request to the dispatcher chat
- Get replies in the same bot chat, no need to switch channels.
Electronic Fuel Tracking
In "Fueling," drivers record refuels right from the cab — no paperwork required. Data is instantly available to dispatchers for monitoring fuel and performance.
Emergency Assistance
In "Emergency," drivers can:
- Share their location
- Describe the situation for dispatch assessment
- Attach photos/videos for a complete picture
- Get instant instructions and support from the dispatcher.

- Select or describe the issue
- Attach photos
- Set priority and add comments
